The purpose of team building is to increase trust, improve communication, increase collaboration and increase or maintain motivation. There are four main types of team building activities, which includes: Communication activities, problem solving and/or decision making activities, adaptability and/or planning activities, and activities that focus on building trust.  Team Building Activities, improve productivity, increase motivation, increased collaboration, encourage creativity, positive reinforcement & improved communication.
