Study on BRAC’s Humanitarian Crisis Management Programs for the Rohingyas

To determine the Unique Selling Proposition (USP), Key Success Factors (KSF) and Overall Outcomes of BRAC’s Humanitarian Crisis Management Programs for the Rohingyas, the Center for Excellence in Operation & Management (CEOM) is conducting a detailed qualitative study BRAC’s Overall Humanitarian Crisis Management Program for the Rohingya as consultant of BRAC.

The purpose of this study is to determine BRAC’s Humanitarian Crisis Management Programs (HCMP) uniqueness, services and strategies which lead to its success at Cox’s Bazar region by January 31, 2019. A series of KII, FGD and In-depth Interviews will be conducted to Govt. Officials, BRAC’s High Officials at Dhaka & Fields, UN/INGO/NGO Staff and Program Participants (Beneficiaries) from February 24 to 29, 2020.
